Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026. This policy explains what personal information Createable collects through createable.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Createable ("we", "us") operates createable.io and provides short-form content distribution services for studios, platforms, brands, artists, and creators. For anything related to this policy, contact us at contact@createable.io.
2. Information you give us
Brand partnership inquiries
When you submit the Apply For Brands form, we collect your name, work email, company name, phone number, and the description you provide about your content.
Editor and clipper applications
When you apply through the Apply For Editors form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the role you are applying for, links to your portfolio or work samples (for example Drive, Behance, Instagram, or TikTok), and the reasons you give for applying.
Direct contact
If you email us at contact@createable.io, we keep the correspondence and any information you choose to include.
3. Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted on Webflow, which logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited in order to deliver and secure the Site. Embedded video players may also collect usage data when you interact with them; see our Cookie Policy for details.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- review and respond to partnership inquiries and applications;
- communicate with you about a potential or active engagement;
- operate, improve, and secure the Site;
- meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. How we share it
We share information only with service providers needed to run the business: Webflow (hosting and form processing), email and productivity tools, and, for accepted partners or contractors, the tools required to deliver the engagement. Service providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Portfolio links
Portfolio URLs you submit point to third-party platforms governed by their own privacy policies. We access them only to evaluate your application.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry and application data for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the relationship, then delete or anonymize it unless we are required to keep it longer for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@createable.io and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. International transfers
We work with clients, editors, and service providers globally, so your information may be processed outside your own country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Site and our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Questions or requests: contact@createable.io.
