Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026. These terms govern your use of createable.io and your engagement with Createable's short-form distribution services.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of createable.io (the "Site") and the services provided by Createable ("Createable", "we", "us"). By using the Site, submitting an application, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What we do

Createable provides short-form content distribution services for studios, streaming platforms, brands, artists, and creators. Our services include clipping campaigns, logo clipping campaigns, music and podcast clipping campaigns, short-form editing, and managed distribution of content across third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

3. Brand and partner engagements

Engagements are application-based. Submitting the partnership inquiry form does not create a contract. Campaign scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are agreed in a separate written agreement (a "Campaign Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with a Campaign Agreement, the Campaign Agreement controls.

By providing footage or other source material, you grant Createable a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, edit, repurpose, and distribute that material for the agreed campaign, including through accounts and pages operated by Createable and its creator network. You represent that you own or control all rights in the material you provide, including music, likeness, and clearance rights.

4. Editor and clipper applications

Applications to join our editor and clipper network are reviewed individually and may be accepted or declined at our discretion. Accepted editors and clippers engage with Createable as independent contractors under separate agreements. Nothing on this Site or in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

By submitting portfolio links or work samples, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

Clients retain ownership of source material they provide. Unless a Campaign Agreement states otherwise, edited clips and derivative assets created by Createable may be used by both parties for the purposes of the campaign, and Createable may reference campaign outcomes in its portfolio and case studies. The Site itself, including its design, copy, and branding, belongs to Createable and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Performance figures

View counts, CPM figures, and other metrics displayed on the Site reflect historical campaign results. They are illustrative, not promises. Organic distribution outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or commercial result.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services operate on platforms we do not control. Platform policy changes, content removals, account restrictions, and algorithm shifts can affect campaign performance. Createable is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

  • scraping the Site or accessing it through automated means;
  • submitting false or misleading information in an application;
  • uploading or linking to unlawful, infringing, or malicious material;
  • interfering with the operation or security of the Site.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Createable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to Createable in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Site at any time. Termination rights for active campaigns are governed by the applicable Campaign Agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies from the moment it is posted on this page, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
